Executive Assistant (Full-Time, In-Office)

South Island Home Team is looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support a high-performing real estate executive managing a fast-paced portfolio of residential sales, development projects, and personal ventures.

What you’ll be responsible for:
Executive & Workflow Support
- Manage daily priorities, track tasks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Lead weekly planning and maintain structured workflows
- Anticipate needs and keep projects moving forward
Calendar, Email & Communication Management
- Own inbox triage and calendar management
- Draft and manage professional communications
- Ensure timely follow-ups and accountability
Project & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate contractors, trades, and service providers
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and ongoing project needs
Real Estate Administrative Support
- Assist with listings, documents, and light CMAs
- Maintain organized files and support transaction workflows
Personal & Lifestyle Support
- Coordinate personal scheduling and errands
- Manage household vendors and administrative tasks
What you bring:
- 5+ years in an Executive Assistant, Senior Admin, or Operations role
- Experience in real estate or a related industry is a strong asset
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and professional judgment
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage shifting priorities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality

Role Details:
- Location: Victoria, BC (in-office)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
