The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in payroll and enjoys supporting clients with additional accounting functions.

You’ll take ownership of payroll processing for multiple large clients, while also contributing to bookkeeping and tax preparation work.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage full-cycle payroll for 3 large client accounts
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
• Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies
• Support bookkeeping functions, including reconciliations and data entry
• Assist with personal and corporate tax preparation
• Collaborate with internal team members to support client needs

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience (high-volume or multi-client preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Wagepoint, and Payworks
• Solid understanding of Canadian payroll regulations and compliance
• Experience with bookkeeping and basic tax preparation
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
