Job Title: Senior Administration Associate
Location:
South Calgary (in-office, full-time)

Our South Calgary-based financial services client is looking for a team-oriented, highimpact Senior Administration Associate to join their growing team. This is an incredible
opportunity for someone who is resourceful, proactive, and thrives in keeping a highperforming team organized and efficient. While some experience or exposure to the
financial or wealth management industry is preferred, but what matters most is being a strong administrator, quick learner, excellent communicator, and someone who
contributes positively to a collaborative, values-driven culture.

This is a full-time, in-office role — there’s no hybrid option, so you’ll be right in the heart of the action with the team.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Be part of a tight-knit, growth-oriented team where your contributions truly matter.
  • Work directly with a dynamic executive team in a firm that values initiative and proactive thinking.
  • Building meaningful connections with colleagues and clients in an environment that prioritizes culture, values, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the team with day-to-day operations, including documentation, account administration, and meeting prep.
  • Act as a key liaison with the firm’s Carrying Broker and other stakeholders.
  • Anticipate team and client needs, delivering proactive, high-quality communication.
  • Help maintain and improve operational and compliance processes, keeping the team running smoothly.
  • Take ownership of training and supporting colleagues, sharing your knowledge and helping the team excel.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and follow-through on client accounts, meetings, and tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Resourceful, self-starting, and able to take initiative with little direction.
  • Strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, growing environment.
  • Humble, collaborative, and motivated by supporting a strong team culture.
  • Experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus, but not required.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Dataphile and comfort learning new technologies.
  • Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).

If you’re someone who loves keeping a team organized, supporting others, and contributing to a culture built on values and meaningful connections — this could be the
perfect role for you.
